Starting August 4, 2022, our app will only be available in English. We'll be exploring all our options to bring back other languages. We know this isn't ideal, so we've put together a list of common questions. Our team is here for you to make sure you have the support you need, so don't hesitate to reach out.

When will this take effect?
We'll be moving to English only on August 4, 2022. However, you'll still be able to use the app in other languages if you don't update after 5.3.42 (iOS) / 5.3.45 (Android).
What languages are being removed?
All languages other than English:
Will Okcoin still be available in my country?
Yes, if we were available in your country before, it'll stay that way. We're only removing languages.
Is there a way to keep using my language setting?
Yes, if you stay on 5.3.42 (iOS) / 5.3.45 (Android) or older and don't update your app, you'll be able to keep your language setting. However, our site will only be available in English.
Note - If you want to prevent your app from automatically updating, make sure you don't have automatic updates turned on.
Will I lose out on any functionality if I don’t update?
Not at first, but we're constantly updating our app with new features and enhancements. While you can keep your language setting by not updating, you'll unfortunately miss out on these exciting updates.
What about Help Center articles?
Any Help Center articles that have been translated will stay that way, but future articles and updates will only be available in English.
Will you add other languages back in?
We're exploring all our options to bring back other languages. While we don't have a date set yet, we'll let you know when we do.
