Promotion Terms and Conditions

Refer a friend to Okcoin using your unique link found here: https://www.okcoin.com/us/referral
Your referral must sign up through your referral link and complete the following steps within 31 days of signing up:
- Be a new user to any of the Okcoin entities
- Register through the referral link.
- Both you and your referral must pass (or have passed) identity verification level 2. Check your status here.
- Buy $100 USD or more worth of crypto. Purchases must be made using a supported local currency. To be eligible for this promotion, users must purchase the $100 USD or more in crypto using fiat currency that was originally deposited into their accounts as fiat currency. Fiat funds converted from crypto assets deposited into user accounts cannot be used.
After completing these steps, you and your referral will each receive a reward according to your region:
- For US residents who either refer or are referred: You will receive $50 USD in BTC in your account within one (1) day.
- For non-US residents who either refer or are referred: You will receive $10 USD in BTC in your account within one (1) day.

Eligibility Conditions

Open to all Okcoin customers (new and existing) who are age 18+ and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of legal residence; outside of Hawaii, Nevada, New York, West Virginia, as well as Bangladesh, Bolivia, Brazil, Brunei Crimea, Cuba, Quebec - Canada, Ecuador, European Union, Iran, Indonesia, India, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, Myanmar, Mexico, North Korea, United Kingdom, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Switzerland, Syria, and where prohibited by law. Void where prohibited and outside listed jurisdictions. Subject to federal, state, provincial and local laws, ordinances and regulations.
Rewards from this promotion cannot be combined with any other Okcoin offers, incentives, discounts or promotions.
Limit one (1) qualifying account per customer. Duplicate accounts will be automatically disqualified.
This promotion is not transferable. Employees, officers and directors of Okcoin, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the promotion.

Distribution Conditions

Referral reward processing times usually average 1 day.
Rewards will be distributed in BTC, based on the exchange rate shown on Okcoin at the time of distribution.
Prices of digital assets can and do fluctuate at any moment. Due to such price fluctuations, you may increase or lose value in your assets at any given moment.
The value of the rewarded BTC will be locked in your account for a period of 180 days. During this lock-up period, users cannot withdraw the rewarded BTC (or equivalent) from any account.
Any and all applicable federal, state, and local taxes and all fees and additional expenses related to acceptance and use of the rewarded BTC are the sole responsibility of the individual referral recipient.
If your Okcoin account is closed for any reason during the 180 day lock-up period, the BTC reward is deemed canceled in full.

Important Disclosures

These Referral Rewards Terms and Conditions may be modified or suspended, change, or the promotion canceled without notice, and Okcoin may exclude any user from participation in this promotion for any or no reason, with or without notice.
By participating in the promotion, you agree to release and hold harmless Okcoin and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors from any liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, resulting from your participation in the promotion.
Malicious, manipulative, or abusive participation, such as using multiple accounts, violations of our Terms of Service, and/or any other behaviors or methods utilized to gain an unfair advantage, as determined in Okcoin’s sole discretion, could result in disqualification from this promotion and we reserve the right to seek forfeiture of the awarded BTC or the awarded BTC’s value.
Okcoin reserves the right to exclude any participants from this promotion and/or cancel this promotion without notice.
