What is a corporate account?
A corporate account allows you to trade under the name of a company (in countries or regions we serve). It offers the same benefits as an individual account. You can authorize up to four nominated individuals to place trades and manage the account on behalf of the company.
How to open a corporate account at OKEx?
Please register a new account at OKEx first. Then, go to “Settings > Verification”, and choose “Corporate Verification”.
To fully access all features on OKEx, you will have to complete both level 1 and level 2 verification.
What do I need to provide to complete verification?
For level 1 verification, you will have to provide the basic information of your company, such as:
- Company name
- Country of registration (please note that we do not serve a number of countries and regions due to their local regulations)
- Registration number
- Date of incorporation
- Shareholders and directors’ information (e.g. legal representative, actual controller, account user)
For level 2 verification, you will have to provide proofs and certificates or your company, such as:
- Company background (sources of funds, trading plan)
- Business registration
- Company memorandum
- Annual report
- Board resolutions
- Personal information of shareholders (such as passport, proof of residency)
