Limits help us protect your account and comply with regulations. Your minimum limits and fees depend on the payment method. To determine your maximum limits, we look at your account type, payment method, transaction history, region, verification level, and other factors.
Some limits are divided into combined and individual limits. Combined limits cover all payment methods, including transfers, cards, and other supported methods. Individual limits depend on the payment method. There are no limits on trading, buying, and selling crypto from your balance. If you buy crypto using another payment method, its limits will apply.
Cash limits and fees
There are minimum and maximum cash limits. The maximum combined deposit and withdrawal limits are up to $1,000,000 daily. The maximum domestic transfer (wire) withdrawal limit is also up to $1,000,000 daily.
You can find the minimum limits and fees in the table.
Account | Payment channel | Currency | Deposit fee | Withdrawal fee | Minimum deposit | Minimum withdrawal, including fee | Speed |
Individual | Domestic transfer (wire) | USD | Free | $20 + intermediary bank fees | $50 | $70 | 1-5 business days |
Debit cards | USD | 2.49% | N/A | $10 | N/A | Instant | |
Corporate | Domestic transfer (wire) | USD | Free | $20 + intermediary bank fees | $50 | $70 | 1-5 business days |
Note: The term deposit, when shown on this page, generally means transferring-in cash to the relevant bank account. Okcoin isn't carrying out and doesn't intend to carry out any deposit-taking business.
Fees for wire transfers vary depending on the transfer type, your bank, and intermediary banks that connect Okcoin and your bank in the process of wire transfer. We charge withdrawal fees for wire transfers and don't charge deposit fees. Intermediary banks may have their own fees. You'll also need to complete identity verification level 2 to use wire transfers.

Your trading fees are determined by trailing 30-day volume. All volume is converted to USD using the exchange rate of the digital asset at the time of the transaction. Transactions in non-USD base pair markets are also converted. Your 30-day trading volume is calculated every day at 00:00 (UTC+8).
Transaction fees are charged in the asset you purchase. For example, if you buy BTC/USD the fee is charged in BTC. Currently, all transaction fee rates are positive or 0. Negative transaction fees may be offered in the future as the form of transaction fee rebates. Rebates are paid in the asset you sold. For example, if you buy BTC/USD the rebate is paid in USD.
Example of transaction fees charged and rebated:
Let's say, you trade BTC/USD and buy 5 BTC with a transaction fee rate of 0.1%. In this case, you pay a transaction fee amount = 5 BTC * 0.1% = 0.005 BTC.
Or you trade BTC/USD and buy 5 BTC at the price of 30,000 USD for 1 BTC. Your transaction fee rate of -0.01% effectively means a transaction fee rebate rate of 0.01%. In this case, you receive a transaction fee rebate amount = 5 BTC * 30,000 USD * 0.01% = 15 USD.
