Okcoin is rebranding to OKX!
This means that the Okcoin brand is being phased out and Okcoin users will have to migrate and access their account through the OKX website and app.
If you would like to remain our customer, please take the following actions, which should take less than 10 minutes, before January 31, 2024 to avoid incurring maintenance fees:

Sign up for an OKX account by downloading the OKX app from your app store (download the app here to get started).

Complete the onboarding process in OKX.

Withdraw all your assets from your Okcoin account before January 31, 2024.

If you have crypto assets in your Okcoin account, please withdraw/deposit them to your new OKX account.

If you have fiat (EUR, GBP, USD) in your Okcoin account, you can convert it into crypto via Okcoin's buy/sell function. After converting your fiat to crypto, please withdraw/deposit the crypto to your new OKX account.

You may also withdraw your assets to another supported wallet.
As we transition from Okcoin to OKX, there will be significant changes if you do not migrate before January 31, 2024:

Beginning January 31, 2024, your Okcoin account will become a withdrawal-only account.

Deposits made to your Okcoin account after January 30, 2024 may not be automatically credited.

If you do not withdraw your assets, Okcoin will take the following actions:

Asset transfer: Your trading account balances will be transferred to your funding account, and your sub-account balances will be transferred to your main account, during which there may be temporary disruptions to the withdrawal function for such accounts.

Conversion of fiat to USDC: Between February 1, 2024 (00:00:01 GMT+8) and February 2, 2024 (23:59:59 GMT+8), Okcoin will perform a one-time conversion of all fiat assets held on the Okcoin platform to their equivalent value in USDC, based on the relevant market prices at the time of conversion.

Maintenance fee: After February 4, 2024, Okcoin will charge a monthly maintenance fee if you have a remaining balance, based on the fee schedule below:

Note that if you migrate to OKX you will remain a customer of Okcoin Europe Ltd. The rebranded OKX experience will provide access to the same products and services under the same regulatory framework that Okcoin has always provided.
